About the Person

Hasan studied Archaeology (Bachelor and MPhil.) at Jahangirnagar University in Bangladesh. Then, he completed a joint MA on Heritage Conservation and Site Management at BTU Cottbus (Germany) and Helwan University (Egypt). Hasan has previously worked in various museums in Bangladesh, Egypt, Russia and Germany. His works are focused on Heritage and Museum Management specifically on Recognition and Protection Policies, Authenticity, Presentation and Interpretation. Currently, he is particularly focusing on the heritage of Maritime and Scientific exploration in the Antarctic Continent with a special concentration on the German Antarctic Heritage.
