The German Maritime Museum is located in the middle of the port world of Bremerhaven, the seaport and port city, directly on the dyke between the Old Harbour and the Weser. It can be easily reached by car, train and bus.
By car: From the Bremerhaven-Mitte exit (exit 7) on the A 27 motorway, follow the motorway feeder road to Columbusstraße, which will take you to the museum grounds on the banks of the Weser. The way is signposted. Limited parking is available. Please use the parking lot between the radar tower and the south side of our museum.
